New updated forms will become available on 13 April 2026, forms downloaded before this date cannot be accepted for 2027 admission. Complete the Indication of Interest\/application form (click on button below to download).&nbsp; The Confidentiality Report attached with the Indication of Interest form must be completed by your child\/ren\u2019s current school. The school must then email the completed report to our Admissions Department.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that all supporting documents are&nbsp; attached (see below under Required Documents). Email all documents to <strong>admissions@victoriaprimary.co.za&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certified hard copies of all admission documents may be requested if required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All documents must be submitted with the Indication of Interest form:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learner\u2019s current and last year\u2019s end of year school reports.<\/li>\n<li>Current statement of school fees. (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of learner\u2019s unabridged birth certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of learner\u2019s clinic card \/ immunization record.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Residence no older than 3 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Grade 00 = Suggested age: 4 turning 5 years of age<br>Grade R = Suggested age: 5 turning 6 years of age<br>Grade 1 = Suggested age: 6 turning 7 years of age<br>Grade 2-7 applications are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Our primary intake will be in Grade 00\/R therefore please be aware that we will only \u201ctop up\u201d classes from Grade 1 to Grade 7 when an existing family leaves. Notification in this case will only be received once we have been made aware of a vacancy that we can offer you.
