ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Please note that the application forms below are for 2026 and available for late applications. New updated forms will become available on 13 April 2026, forms downloaded before this date cannot be accepted for 2027 admission. Complete the Indication of Interest/application form (click on button below to download).  The Confidentiality Report attached with the Indication of Interest form must be completed by your child/ren’s current school. The school must then email the completed report to our Admissions Department.

Please ensure that all supporting documents are  attached (see below under Required Documents). Email all documents to admissions@victoriaprimary.co.za 

Certified hard copies of all admission documents may be requested if required.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All documents must be submitted with the Indication of Interest form:

• Learner’s current and last year’s end of year school reports.
• Current statement of school fees. (optional)
• Copy of learner’s unabridged birth certificate.
• Copy of learner’s clinic card / immunization record.
• Proof of Residence no older than 3 months.

Grade 00 = Suggested age: 4 turning 5 years of age
Grade R = Suggested age: 5 turning 6 years of age
Grade 1 = Suggested age: 6 turning 7 years of age
Grade 2-7 applications are welcome.

Our primary intake will be in Grade 00/R therefore please be aware that we will only “top up” classes from Grade 1 to Grade 7 when an existing family leaves. Notification in this case will only be received once we have been made aware of a vacancy that we can offer you. Applicants are welcome to call the school (046 622 4850) to enquire of any progress if you have not received notification by September 2026.
