ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Complete the Indication of Interest/application form (click on button below to download).  The Confidentiality Report attached with the Indication of Interest form must be completed by your child/ren’s current school. The school must then email the completed report to our Admissions Department. Ensure that all supporting documents are  attached (see below under Required Documents). Email all documents to admissions@victoriaprimary.co.za

Ensure the documents are clearly titled. Certified hard copies of all admission documents may be requested if required.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All documents must be submitted with the Indication of Interest form:

Learner’s current and last year’s end of year school reports.

Current statement of school fees. (optional)

Copy of learner’s unabridged birth certificate.

Copy of learner’s clinic card / immunization record.

Proof of Residence no older than 3 months.
